Alastair's ten years of experience in executive search was preceded by 15 years in leadership positions for two large multinational businesses, Unilever
and Novartis. A life sciences graduate, Alastair's career in industry covered marketing, sales and general management roles in consumer
goods, medical devices and biotechnology. As well as the UK, Alastair has lived and worked in North America and the Middle East and has travelled and
worked extensively throughout Europe and Asia.
As one of the founders of Snowdon Tate in 2004, Alastair specialises in UK and international searches in consumer goods, media, professional services
and life sciences. He lives near London with his wife and three children.
