 Martin Lawless has over twenty five years’ experience in senior executive search. He has furthermore eleven years’ consultancy experience, initially in the field of personality assessment. He has completed assignments across Europe, Middle East and in North America.
Mr Lawless was previously with Mercuri Urval, an international human resources consultancy before joining management-consulting firm Arthur Young as a senior consultant. He started to specialise in Executive Search in 1984, establishing his own practice in 1987.
Martin’s extensive and diverse client network of successful search engagements demonstrates his flexibility in working across a wide range of industries both in the private and public sectors. In addition to his broad based experience, Martin brings an unparalleled commitment to every search engagement he accepts. He understands the invaluable service and dedication required to create a successful client/candidate partnership.
Clients have included major industry names, such as IBM, CSC, EDS, Apple Computer, Oracle, Lotus Development, Tivoli, PwC, Towers Perrin, Gemini, ING and GVA Grimley.
Martin has been awarded numerous honors for his achievements within the Executive Search field. He has a BA (honours) degree in Business Studies and is based in London.
