| Sergio graduated in Political and Social Sciences and began his career in Dow Chemical Lepetit as Union Relations Assistant. In 1978 he joined SmithKline & French (presently GSK) as HR Director and then moved on to Citibank in 1984 as HR Director Italy, Greece and Turkey. In 1988 he entered Canon as Human Resources and General Affairs Director. Sergio has been in executive search since 1990 and prior to joining TRANSEARCH Italia in 2003 as Associate Partner, he was with Accord Group, Tasa and Ray & Berndtson. Sergio specialises in Life Sciences and Financial Services and is based in Milan. |
