Sangeeta Lal, Kari Engelbarth, Lars Tegelberg, Thomas Hellmann and Sven-Uwe Hess recently joined the New Delhi, Helsinki, Gothenburg and Frankfurt offices respectively.
Sangeeta Lal is a Senior Partner the New Delhi office and a member of the firm's Industrial Practice. She brings a wealth of experience to the firm, with nearly two decades worth of experience working with multinational companies as well as local corporations in the industrial sector, including a successful entrepreneurial venture. She was previously a client partner with Korn/Ferry and spent 7 years in their Industrial and Life Sciences practice.
Kari Engelbarth is a Partner at the Helsinki office. He was previously with Mercuri Urval as a consultant where he was appointed as COO for the Baltic countries managing the Mercuri Urval offices in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius in 2004 and in 2007 he worked at Mercuri in Singapore office. Besides executive search, Kari will focus on executive coaching, management audits and leadership development projects.
Lars Tegelberg is based in the Gothenburg office and has extensive leadership experience from different management roles in international companies like Capgemini and the Saab Group (defence). Lars specialises in IT & Telco and Professional Services.
Thomas Hellmann and Sven-Uwe Hess recently joined the Frankfurt office from Plaut/Deininger, together with their team of researchers. Thomas Hellmann manages the Frankfurt office and has 19 years’ experience in executive search with a focus on positions in sales & marketing, engineering, construction, supply chain management, HR management and general management. He specialises in Industry, Automotive, Resources, Energy & Infrastructure and Supply Chain Management.
Sven-Uwe Hess has more than 15 years experience in executive search and specialises in Industry, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering and Professional Services. Focus functions are Sales & Marketing, Production, R&D and Finance & Administration.
